Pricing for polished concrete is a phone call or email away.  Most estimates can be handled remotely, via text, email or phone. Site visits and consultations are available as well.

Polished concrete pricing varies widely depending on the following factors:

1. Job Size:  The more square footage you need polished the better the discount received.

2. Condition of the floor:  Concrete polishing can refine and transform newly poured concrete as well as existing concrete that needs extensive repair.  The better the condition of the slab, the lower the cost of installation.  Polishing an existing slab in rough condition will require repair to cracks and patching of cracks and divots. Nearly all concrete slabs can be repaired and polished for less than the price of tearing out and repouring.  Save some money and resources by reusing your existing surface.

3. Level of sheen and depth of aggregate exposure:  Concrete polishing is highly customizable, leading to a myriad of options that can meet budgets and design needs.  A cream finish polish (shallow) will cost less than a full aggregate exposure polish (deep). Likewise a 200 grit low-sheen polish will cost less then a floor brought to a mirror-like 3000 grit shine.

4. Edges, multiple levels, complexity:  Edges are one of the finer details of polishing, and lots of times it is required they be finished by hand.  This type of labor is intensive and is reflected in the price. Seamless edges are not necessary for all spaces and we have multiple options for finishing off edges that can meet all budgets. The price can also depend on how many floors above grade the job is. Moving multiple tons of large equipment and waste product up and down multiple levels is priced differently than wide opens space on grade. The addition of color or multiple colors adds to the complexity of the project.

5. Scheduling and utilities:  Separate mobilizations are priced at a different rate. Access to water, power and waste disposal are also factored into the cost.
